"Tracking was way off"
The tracking info never lined up with what was actually happening with my order. It kept showing the wrong status, and when I reached out, I just got one of those canned apology responses that didn’t really answer anything. Frustrating when you’re just trying to figure out where your package is.

"Warranty support left me frustrated"
My phone developed a fault while it was still under warranty, so I thought getting it sorted would be straightforward. Instead, I ended up waiting ages for replies, with barely any updates, and every time someone did get back to me it felt like I was being asked the same questions all over again.
The whole thing got really frustrating, like they were just dragging it out rather than actually trying to help. I was already annoyed enough by the fault, but the lack of communication made it worse. I wouldn’t use Envirofone again after this

"Did anyone else have issues with the testing?"
I sent my phone in and their testing came back saying the screen had faults that I never noticed or had any problems with. It felt like they barely checked it properly and just used it as a reason to knock the price down. Really frustrating experience, and I’m curious if other people have had the same thing happen.

Tried returning my phone what a mess. Replies took forever, instructions were unclear, and I kept having to chase for updates. Still no refund, and nobody seems to have a clue. Not worth it, wouldn’t use them again...

I sent my phone in after that it all just felt a bit dodgy. The price wasn’t what I’d originally been offered, and trying to get a straight answer was... yeah, not great. Maybe other people have had a better experience, I don’t know, but I wouldn’t use envirofone again. It just didn’t feel very honest or reliable to me

"Felt like my phone was graded unfairly"
I sent in a phone that was in really clean condition, so I was surprised when they came back with a much lower grade than I expected and an offer that felt like peanuts. When I reached out, support basically said something like, “the final value is based on our inspection,” but it didn’t really explain why it was marked down so much. It just didn’t feel fair to me.

I paid for next-day delivery and then ended up waiting a whole week with barely any tracking updates. That part was weird, because I had no idea where my package even was. Definitely not using them again.

"Not really worth it"
I wasn’t impressed with envirofone. The quote seemed alright at first, but once they gave me the final amount, it felt way too low for the phone I sent in. Disappointing.
I know used phones drop in value, but this felt a bit ridiculous. I probably could’ve got more by selling it locally myself. Hassle. I wouldn’t use them again if you’re hoping to get decent money back.

I found the communication from Envirofone confusing. The emails didn’t really explain what was going on or what I was supposed to do next, which ended up causing more stress than I expected.
I kept having to check things myself because the updates felt vague and not very joined up. Maybe it all makes sense on their side, but as a customer it just left me wondering if I’d missed something important.
It would be so much better if they gave clearer info in plain, straightforward wording. What should’ve been simple turned into an annoying bit of extra hassle

I’ll give them credit, the online quote looked good and the process for sending my phone in was easy enough. But a few days later they came back with a lower offer for reasons that weren’t really explained clearly. The phone was in the condition I’d described, so it made the original quote feel a bit pointless. I ended up asking for it back. Not the worst experience ever, just a surprisingly efficient way to waste my time.

"Delivery took forever"
I ordered from envirofone expecting it to show up fairly quickly, but the delivery dragged on way too long. The tracking barely changed, so I kept having to check it myself and got fed up waiting. Once you’ve paid, you just want the phone to arrive, not sit around wondering where it is. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to order from them again.

I tried placing an order the whole site felt clunky from the start. Pages were loading slowly, some of my details wouldn’t save properly, and I ended up having to restart the whole thing once. I feel kind of stupid for trusting it would be a smooth process. Ordering should be simple, but this was just frustrating.

I still felt uneasy about whether my data was completely wiped. If you’re like me and worry about privacy, I’d suggest asking for clear confirmation or doing an extra wipe yourself before handing anything over. Better to be safe, especially when personal info is involved.
